Lack of access to internet or computers deprives students of access to distance learning strategies and negatively affects the progress towards the quality education goal established by the United Nations.
Since universities and schools shut down in March of 2020, governments have made efforts to distribute electronic devices and internet service so that students can access virtual learning.
